Wild Horses River - Panorama Dot painting

Wild Horses River panorama dot painting, five horses through the spray

Five horses gallop through a shallow river, manes flying and water splashing around their legs, with tall pines behind them. The wide format follows the herd from the first horse to the last.

With the markers you fill the printed circles that shape each horse, the spray and the trees. There is no paint involved, only steady dotting that brings out the movement.

What is in the dot painting kit

Everything you need comes in one box:

• Printed canvas: sturdy, with the horses standing out from the forest.
• Guide: one clear page to begin with.
• Double-tip markers:
  • 1.0 mm tip: for the horse bodies, the tree trunks and the river.
  • 0.5 mm tip: for the manes, the faces and the flying spray.

For horse lovers of any age

A fitting gift for someone who rides, or who simply likes to watch horses run free.

Five horses make five natural stopping points. Work on one animal per session and leave the forest and the water for the quieter moments.

Follow the direction of the manes

Place your dots along the flow of each mane and tail so the hair keeps its sweep. In the spray, leave the open circles open to keep the water light and lively.

Once finished, the herd seems to move across the wall from left to right. The dense forest behind makes the lighter horses stand out even more.
