Butterfly With Roses dot painting with layered petals

Wide-open roses with a butterfly resting among them. Roses are all about the layers beneath, and with this technique you build each one simply by pressing the dots closer together.

Press the dots closer for a bud, spread them out for a petal. Dot painting lets roses grow without paint, water or cleanup.

      • Guide: a single page, straight to the point.

        • 0.5 mm tip: for the curled edges and the butterfly.

      A bouquet that never wilts

Roses are the classic present, and one you dotted yourself is anything but predictable. Keep it sealed in its box and it still works as a gift.

Dot beside someone you love, with no screens glowing. One of you takes the roses, the other the butterfly, and the hours slip by. A dot art painting kit with everything included.

Dotting the Butterfly With Roses dot painting

      Building depth inside a bloom

Make the center of each rose the densest point and the outer petals the airiest. Move from one to the other gradually and the bloom opens up properly.

Layer upon layer, the roses open up, and the resting butterfly seems ready to leave. A canvas you can be proud of for years.
