Beautiful Butterflies - Dot painting

Beautiful Butterflies dot painting, wings full of pattern

Several butterflies caught mid-flight, each wing carrying its own markings. Since every wing is a separate small project, this canvas suits anyone who likes to finish something before putting the marker down.

Wing by wing, dot painting offers little victories: no paint, no brushes and no clean-up after your session.

What is in the dot painting kit

Everything you need comes in one box:

• Printed canvas: firm, with every wing clearly mapped.
• Guide: a short page on even dotting.
• Double-tip markers:
  • 1.0 mm tip: for the broad wing panels.
  • 0.5 mm tip: for the antennae and the markings.

Visible progress every sitting

A wing takes about half an hour, so each session ends with something clearly finished. That is more satisfying than it sounds, and it keeps the project moving.

Wings are finish lines, perfect for short evenings. Dot with a friend, one wing each, and chat as you go. A dot art painting kit with everything included.

Pattern from density alone

Butterfly wings usually sell themselves on their hues. Here the markings must carry the whole picture, and they do it through dot density alone.

Delicate raised patterns appear on every wing, and the butterflies fill a frame beautifully above a desk.
