I received my DOTZ order and they were wet and badly stained. Pretty sure one is ruined. Don’t know what I can do. It’s the 3rd one I have received

I loved doing the dot picture. Firstly it was personalised to what I wanted to see, secondly it de stressed me and thirdly I am on my 3rd set of dots
Wish I’d kept my diamond art magnifying glasses, but really enjoyed doing this and will certainly do more. Unlike the diamond art, this was easy to do in bed sitting up or on the big chair. And no need to fret about losing drills. I managed the piece I had done using two pens, but only JUST needed to start with a new pen for the last sq inch or so. The company could keep customers up to date with shipping etc, and the shipping was slow. Even the personalised diamond art projects iv did in the past didn’t take as long to arrive. Hence the reason for the 3***
Great effect and loved the finished product…. Only complaint was the pens kept going dry. Although this was a gift, we’d buy again & recommend
This is my second own photo dotz picture as the first one was sent to my brother who was very impressed with the artwork. I have completed other dotz pictures and find them very relaxing. I had to use different pens to those supplied but the artwork was great and looks amazing when done. I am looking at other pictures to do but need to find wall space to hang them first.
