Big Butterfly With Flowers - Dot painting

Big Butterfly With Flowers dot painting on a generous scale

One large butterfly resting on an arrangement of blooms, wings spread across the canvas. The size is the point: broad areas to fill quickly, then fine markings to slow you down again.

Start immediately without needing to draw. Dot painting is a clean, mess free alternative to diamond painting. Build this canvas using only markers.

Delivered complete

One box holds it all:

• Printed canvas: robust, with wings and petals clearly divided.
• Guide: short and practical.
• Markers with two ends:
  • 1.0 mm side: for the wing panels and the leaves.
  • 0.5 mm side: for the veins, the antennae and the stamens.

A centrepiece for a wall

Large subjects hang well on their own. Finished, this one holds a space above a sofa or a bed without needing anything beside it.

You can easily pause and resume this hobby whenever you like. Hand over a few figures to work on together with your child for quality offline time.

Scale changes the technique

On a wing this size an uneven patch shows immediately, so you work in one direction and keep your rhythm steady. It is the closest dotting comes to meditative.

Seeing the texture emerge dot by dot is incredibly rewarding. Collect a series for one wall, or surprise a loved one with a gift you made yourself.
