Submitting a Cancellation Request: How Does It Work?
Want to cancel your order? Depending on the type of dot painting, the following conditions apply:

Ready-made dot paintings: You can always submit a cancellation request for these without any hassle within the statutory cooling-off period.

Custom photo dot paintings (personalized): You can only cancel your order as long as the canvas with your photo has not yet gone into production. Once printing has started, the sale is final and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
